This is the bridge between traditional fine art and modern mounting. I take my premium Hahnemühle or Canson cotton papers and mount them directly onto a 3mm aluminium Dibond plate. This gives the delicate, textured “handmade” paper the structural rigidity of metal. It allows the paper to “float” on the wall without a traditional frame, though it remains a delicate indoor-only masterpiece.

You get the incredible texture of fine art paper without the ‘poster’ look. Because paper shouldn’t just be taped to a wall, this mounting gives it the weight and presence it deserves as a serious piece of art.
